Camping in MD

We survived our first East Coast camping trip, bugs, thunderstorms and all. We headed to Catoctin Mountain for a weekend of fun with the kiddos. The kids loved hiking and playing in the creek and they especially loved the large number of tadpoles we stumbled across at the lake. Jonah and I loved all the extra rest! Nothing beats sleeping in a tent and listening to the rain. (as long as your tent is waterproof, if it's not then that sucks.)
