Camping in the Redwoods

This past weekend we enjoyed a family camping trip with our friends the Flowers. (yes, that is their real name!) This was Benji's first trip camping and although he loved the outside part of it I feel he was a bit intimidated by the tent and his sleeping was less than perfect. However, the campground was filled with noisy children of all ages so I don't think anyone noticed. Eliana had a wonderful time and loved getting super dirty and wet with her friend Kayla every chance they got. The marshmallows were a big hit too! I just hope we can find some time to squeeze in another trip or two before the weather gets too cold and rainy!
